We want you to be fully satisfied with your LEAF BOOM Wireless Speaker. If you are not happy with your Teal Blue speaker, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select your LEAF BOOM order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the Device

Place the speaker and all original accessories, including the charging cable, back into the original Teal Blue retail packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our electronics inspection team verifies the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
